Volume against access
Removals van leasing in London
London removals is the one job where the biggest vehicle is not automatically the right one. A Luton carries the volume, but weight, height and street access decide whether it can reach the door, and above 3.5 tonnes you leave the ULEZ and enter the separate Low Emission Zone instead.
Get my quote →Why this is different here
Everywhere else, a removals firm buys volume and stops thinking. London makes volume argue with access: a vehicle that fits the load may not fit the street, the parking suspension, or the 3.5-tonne line that decides which emissions scheme applies to you. That is why removals in London is a genuinely different specification problem from removals anywhere else, and why the answer is often a large panel van doing two runs rather than a Luton doing one.
What that means for the van
- Under 3.5 tonnes you are in the ULEZ at £12.50 a day if non-compliant; over it, the separate Low Emission Zone applies. Know which side you are on before you choose.
- A Renault Master gives around 13m³ and roughly 3.7m of load length, and goes places a Luton cannot.
- Lutons, tippers and dropsides are sourced to order and quoted individually, they are not on our standing rate sheet.
- Terraced streets, height restrictions and parking suspensions cost more time than the extra run does. Price the day, not the trip.
The London charges in full
Zone boundaries, the daily charge and the emissions standard a van has to meet are set out on the London page, with the sources. They change, so check a specific registration on the GOV.UK clean air zone guidance before relying on any of it.
The vans we supply
All supplied new, so all Euro 6. Rates are monthly and exclude VAT.
Prices are guide figures ex VAT, pictures are illustrations, and nothing here is stock standing on a forecourt. What that means →
How to read these listings
Prices: Monthly rentals shown are guide prices and exclude VAT unless labelled otherwise. They are indicative “from” figures quoted against a 12-month term at the mileage allowance shown for the vehicle, and they move with the exact variant, the mileage, the initial rental and the outcome of underwriting. Last reviewed 1 September 2026. We confirm your actual monthly rental, and what it includes, in writing before anything is agreed.
Images: Vehicle images are computer-generated illustrations of a representative example, not photographs of the vehicle supplied. Exact trim, colour, body length, roof height and equipment vary by specification.
Availability: Listings show the vehicles we can supply, not stock held on site. Specific variants, trim levels, body conversions and delivery dates depend on factory lead times and availability at the time you order, and some vehicles are build-to-order. Nothing is reserved for your business until we confirm it in writing. If we cannot get the exact vehicle you have asked for, we will tell you and set out the closest alternative we can. Delivery is to business addresses in England and Wales, and we confirm the arrangements, the timing and any delivery cost on your quote.

Questions
Can a London business lease a van from FleetMe?
London removals is the one job where the biggest vehicle is not automatically the right one. A Luton carries the volume, but weight, height and street access decide whether it can reach the door, and above 3.5 tonnes you leave the ULEZ and enter the separate Low Emission Zone instead. We deliver to your business address across England and Wales, there is no depot or counter to visit.
Which vehicles do you supply?
Three panel vans (small, medium and large) plus company cars, all supplied new on agreements of up to 12 months. Lutons, tippers, dropsides, crew cabs and pickups are sourced to order and quoted individually. The stock list has every rate.
Who can take business contract hire?
Limited companies and LLPs. Sole traders take vehicle hire on the same vehicles and the same terms, we never call that route leasing. Private individuals hiring for personal use are not supplied.
