## Tell us which one you are
- **Business contract hire** (also called business vehicle leasing, business van leasing, commercial vehicle contract hire), for **UK limited companies and LLPs**. Term: **up to 12 months**. A fixed monthly rental for an agreed term and annual mileage. The vehicle goes back at the end, this is a hire agreement, not a purchase, so the business never owns it. Vans, pickups, tippers, Lutons, dropsides, crew cabs and company cars.
- **Sole trader vehicle hire** (also called sole trader van hire), for **UK sole traders**. Term: **up to 12 months**. The same vehicles on a shorter agreement. No filed accounts needed, and the vehicle goes back at the end.

This is the first thing we need, because it decides which product you are quoted for.

## What you need to ask for a quote
- What the vehicle is for, the body type or model you have in mind, and the job it does.
- Roughly how many miles, and the term you would prefer.
- Whether you are enquiring as a limited company or LLP (and its company registration number), or as an individual or sole trader.
- A name, email and phone number so we can come back to you.

No documents, deposit or paperwork are needed at this stage.

## What happens next
1. We check availability and put a written guide quote together for the product that applies to you.
2. We confirm the vehicle, the term, the mileage and the price in writing.
3. For business contract hire, if you want to proceed the team sends you the application directly, where underwriting looks at the business, its directors and affordability. A decision in principle is usually the same day. It is not a form you fill in before a quote exists, no documents are asked for until the vehicle, the term and the price are agreed.
4. The agreement is with FleetMe. Nothing is agreed until you, or an authorised person at your business, signs.

## Who we can help
Business contract hire underwriting: Good and fair credit profiles are the most straightforward. New limited companies with no trading history are considered. Commercial underwriting weighs the business and its directors alongside its filed accounts. None of that is a promise of approval, and we will always tell you if we cannot help.
